Usage Tracking & Full Diagnostics
With a Teletrack GPS tracking device, you can monitor the live location of every vehicle, attachment and piece of equipment in your fleet, at all times. The Teletrack live dashboard displays your assets’ live location and maintenance status, and stores detailed historical tracking data so you can trace back your assets’ movements.
Teletrack stores detailed asset utilisation data about each vehicle in your fleet. Track utilisation visually by time period, location, customer and more, or view individual usage events.

Notifications
Teletrack notifies you when your assets are operating outside their regular capabilities. Our fleet intelligence system uses a GPS tracking device to detect and notify you with:
- Geofence notifications if an asset travels outside its defined boundaries;
- Low battery notifications if battery-only assets or asset trackers are low on power;
- ‘No communication’ notifications if a tracker has been out of reception for more than 24 hours;
- Power disconnections if Teletrack detects theft or asset tampering;
- Asset impact alerts;
- Pre-start failure notifications;
- Pre-start override notifications if an operator uses an iButton, RFID or keycode override to bypass pre-start safety checks;
- Weekend usage reports to monitor assets on weekday contracts;
- Weekly over-usage reports to monitor compliance with agreed hours of use;
- Daily asset usage reports to summarise daily activity, including pre-start and Driver-ID usage summaries.
