Who is TWS Hire?

The Watercart Specialists (TWS) Hire have been in the business of earthmoving, excavation, and construction for over 40 years. They have a wide range of water carts available for hire from the South Coast of New South Wales, all the way up to the Central Coast. TWS Hire has grown their reputation for reliability and functionality, with well-maintained vehicles and assistance never far away. The full oversight of all operations made possible by Teletrack is important for the growing business.

How does TWS Hire use Teletrack?

TWS Hire uses a range of Teletrack features to assist operations. Most prominent is the Teletrack Driver ID system that keeps track of who is operating equipment and when. All TWS Hire service and delivery vehicles are equipped with Teletrack Driver ID Keypads. These keypads require drivers to log in to operate the machinery, helping to improve fleet security. Each driver is provided a unique key code, allowing Teletrack’s system to log when they’re driving and the movements of the vehicle by using geo-tracking.

What issues have been resolved by Teletrack for TWS Hire?

As the TWS Hire business continues to grow, it becomes increasingly important to take measures that allow management to oversee the entire fleet and staff. By using Driver ID and geo-tracking, communications are sped up, with drivers and vehicles located through real-time data rather than phone calls. Driver ID and geo-tracking also allow managers to understand the movements, accountability, and productivity of employees. Vehicles are made more secure through the Driver ID disabling feature – if the correct login details are not provided, the vehicle cannot be started.
